Hi Sutki...
i won't be going to Dyjon as my spouse, the family and many friends will be saying googbye to her youngest brother who, at 41, died of massive heart failure while out training for his second Berlin Marathon.. He was preparing under the guidance of his doctor, was top fit ... and so the news hit hard..
so it's been a very special and also odd week...
it gives pause to some reflection that life is for the living and that we should cherish every day and not squander it on petty stuff and futile arguments.. as non of us know how many yards we have left on our ropes...
so i'll pick up the new race suit later , be very happy with it, feel myself blessed that i can do all this.
Then fix the bike to prestine condition ( parts are at the painters) and then ride the .... of her...
