then why even post a few days later with all the other crap ? Just stay silent. . . I doubt the attorneys were even involved there. And I doubt the attorneys got involved before they started the censorship .. The censorship was immediate and you know as well as I do, that no track day organization is large enough to have attorneys on standby for them over the weekend. . .

No, I don't think the attorneys actually chimed in, but this isnt management's first rodeo. I would bet the way it should have been handled from management's point is to shut up, but they didn't, now damage control. BTW, I know of two TD orgs where attorneys have been either part of biz, or are at the track riding, and give advice on the fly!

As far as the employee/subcontractor thing, it doesnt matter in a civil suit, I am a representitive of the TD org and do things their way, so I am a part of it

They need to separate out the squids into the ultra slow squid group.WTF, I keep seeing this kind of .... on track day video's. The one and only track day I ever did they had the A group, B group, and the squid C group.
