I know the bike has been around for awhile and like any Ducati there will be some that are completely done up with every part imaginable.
This post is more about my personal findings about the little mods I have done and dealing with the Panigale process.

1. As a whole the bike is not that bad to work on.
2. Best buy a STEEL rear wheel sprocket tool, the aluminum one i had died trying to get the back wheel off. (1st time coming off from the factory).
3. The QS with its end link only for adjustments or rearsets, SUCKS!
4. Watch out for the exhaust heat shields the metal is very sharp on the edges.
5. Not sure why ducati is still using those crap T7 bolts for the windscreen.
6. still working on figuring out what i can do to help keep the glare off the dash from the steering damper, tried 3m Dinoc vinyle helped some, thinking maybe a flat smoke 3m film.

over the last week I did the following:

1. MWR Air filter
2. Pair block off plates
3. charcoal cannister removal
4. ebay rearsets
5. ducati performance brake/clutch reservoir kit, rizoma on the back brake.
6. carbon fiber exhaust heat shield (gen 1, small version)
7. swapped the shock spring for a heavier one, have a 80kg i will be selling.
8. painted the sprocket carrier black
9. Aluminum sprocket nuts, carrier & wheel nuts
10. DP mirror block offs
11. Puig Smoke windscreen (double bubble/race style)

Still to come:
swap fork springs, as it has springs for a 140lb rider in it right now.
speedymoto clip on risers
core moto brake lines up front
driven chain guard
Gold M10Rs marchesini wheels
Power Commander 5 with custom tune
Some titanium rotor, caliper bolts and some other odds and ends.

How was install for the air filter?

Will get some up tonight, off to the renaissance fair...But for the air filter, this thread from the forum made it to easy...

Only thing i would recommend is have on latex gloves, a towel/shirt to soak up all the fuel that will come out of the fuel rail as you pull it off & a vacuum (in case any bugs or dirt fall into the airbox).
