Little vid action from this past weekend @ COTA. Still getting used to the new ride, but pretty bad ... so far. Lots of power and definitely needs DWC..

Threw down a 2:22 the first day on Saturday to match my fastest on the 1299. Little too worn out in the 100F heat to do much better on Sunday. Mostly stock and without Akra, running SC1 front and rear.

Nice, thanks for sharing. Was that a Superleggera at 4:45 onwards, that thing was fast ?

Yep, sure was. He's a buddy of mine that I pit with. He is quite fast. I believe he dropped a 2:19 on it last season out there.

Awesome video and great riding. You were braking way deeper than most. Thanks for posting. I will study it to match your lap time next time LOL.

Do you mind posting a picture of your camera setup , I want to do the same.

Love it. But make two videos. One uncut like this, and another of just a 2 or 3 laps, starting at the 9:00 mark, or the 13:40 mark. Those are your better laps.

COTA is bonkers. Sector 1 specifically...wtf.

I would enjoy riding with you. Very jealous you can ride at COTA...bucket list track day.

The guy with the blue wheels on a red Pani? Just....no...

Yeah, I just noticed the audio drop @12:13 last night. Not sure what happened. Must of messed up during the export. Just trying to toss something together real quick.

I'll cut it up to put together just a few decent laps. Should have some better footage after the July 15th event. You should make the trip sometime, it's a fun place to ride. Probably be best to come in August for the 2-day event. We can spin some laps together!

MotoX, do you think that camera mount is sturdy enough to hold something like an AIM Solo lap timer? I saw that mout on ebay and I'm thinking about buying it for my laptimer. Thanks.

Yeah, it's pretty solid. The guy selling it said "it may not work" on the V4, but it's just a pain getting the bolts out IIRC. It was wanting to pull the whole stud or something, but I was able to make it work without too much issue.

Blue wheel Pani looks really good in person especially with the riders suit. I haven't seen a video that does it justice.

Yeah, big logistics challenge coming from Seattle. Would need a full week to drive down and back...maybe next year? Wishful thinking....

You'd pull me down the straights but my PP would love all those COTA corners.

Thanks for the video. Looking forward to making this trip late 2019. I'm going to have to take two weeks for the drive and a two day event.
We have a group planning on this coming from both coasts.

Still would like to know your setting if you don't mind sharing, looks like you are pretty good into the corners pretty smooth and solid. Also it appears that you wheely just a bit after #1 going down the hill.

Well, if you wanted to ship it and fly, I'd gladly store and trailer to the track for ya if you wanted. Just tossing that out there.

Thanks a lot for these! I take it you bought a version for 1299? What do you use for tether? Sorry for many questions, a bit new to mounting cameras on bikes for track events.
