Hey everyone!
Welcome to my onboard journal, where I'll be sharing all the updates, modifications, and maintenance work I do on my Ducati Panigale V4. From new installations to teardown processes, purchase sources, and hands-on experiences—everything will be documented here. If you have any suggestions or recommendations, feel free to drop a comment. Your insights are always welcome!

Today's Update: Windscreen Upgrade
Today, I took apart the upper fairing to install a WRS Italy windscreen with a light tint. Below, I’m sharing the step-by-step process and some photos of the disassembly. The instructions come directly from Ducati’s response regarding fairing removal:

For the instruction to remove fairings, unfortunately, we do not have downloadable instructions at this time because what we have is in the form of a non-downloadable video. Since you mentioned the front fairing and the windscreen, it sounds like you might be referring to the headlight fairing (See chart below). To remove that, first take off the panels (#15 and #16), that panel is slip-fitted onto the lower headlight fairing and secured by two screws. Once you have the panels out, take off the screws in the blue circle (3 per side). Once they are removed, carefully pull the upper headlight fairing off, being cautious not to damage the three push tabs (circled in black) from the underside of the fairing. Once that fairing is out, you can remove the screws to release the windscreen.
This is Ducati's official guideline on the process, and I followed it step by step.

Let me know your thoughts! If you've done a similar upgrade, share your experience in the comments.
Soon, I'll be sharing the result with WRS windscreen and my thoughts on how it performs.

This is just the beginning! More carbon parts are on the way, and I'll be posting updates on each installation. Stay tuned! 🔧🔥

Seriously?
Hello, smartguy! Give me the manual for disassembling my Panigale V4 2025, otherwise I'm tired of asking the dealer for schematics. This is my first ducati, and it's very different from the Japanese motorcycle I had. The aluminum engine brackets are coming to me soon, and I need to know how to disassemble the cowls and part of the electronics on the frame. I also need to know the moment when the bolts are tightened nm.

Sharing the official torque specification documents provided by Ducati Italy. These files contain precise tightening values for various bolts on the Ducati Panigale V4 2025, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.

To install a WRS windscreen on your Ducati Panigale V4 2025, you’ll need to remove the upper fairing. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

Tools Required:

  • Torx screwdrivers (likely T25, T30, or T40 depending on the screws)
  • Allen keys (likely 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm)
  • Plastic trim removal tool (to avoid scratching the fairing)
  • A clean workspace to organize screws and parts

Steps to Remove the Upper Fairing:

  1. Prepare the Bike:
    • Park the bike on a flat surface and ensure it’s stable (use a paddock stand if available).
    • Turn off the ignition and remove the key.
  2. Remove the Side Fairings:
    • Locate the screws or fasteners securing the side fairings to the upper fairing.
    • Use the appropriate Torx or Allen key to remove these screws.
    • Gently pull the side fairings away from the bike, being careful not to damage any clips or connectors.
  3. Disconnect the Turn Signals (if applicable):
    • If the turn signals are integrated into the upper fairing, disconnect their wiring connectors carefully.
  4. Remove the Mirrors:
    • Unscrew the mirrors from the upper fairing using the appropriate tool (usually an Allen key).
    • Set the mirrors aside in a safe place.
  5. Locate the Upper Fairing Screws:
    • The upper fairing is typically secured by screws near the windshield, around the headlight, and at the base near the instrument cluster.
    • Remove these screws using the appropriate Torx or Allen key.
  6. Detach the Upper Fairing:
    • Once all screws are removed, gently wiggle the upper fairing to release it from any clips or rubber grommets.
    • Be cautious of any wiring harnesses or connectors attached to the fairing (e.g., for the headlight or dash). Disconnect these if necessary.
  7. Remove the Stock Windscreen:
    • With the upper fairing removed, you’ll have access to the stock windscreen.
    • Unscrew the bolts or fasteners holding the windscreen in place.
    • Carefully remove the stock windscreen.

Install the WRS Windscreen:

  1. Position the New Windscreen:
    • Align the WRS windscreen with the mounting points on the upper fairing.
    • Ensure it sits flush and properly aligned.
  2. Secure the Windscreen:
    • Use the provided screws or bolts to attach the new windscreen.
    • Tighten them evenly to avoid cracking the windscreen.
  3. Reattach the Upper Fairing:
    • Carefully reconnect any wiring harnesses or connectors.
    • Align the upper fairing with the mounting points and secure it with the screws you removed earlier.
  4. Reinstall the Mirrors and Side Fairings:
    • Reattach the mirrors and side fairings, ensuring all screws are tightened securely.
  5. Double-Check Everything:
    • Ensure all screws are tight and all connectors are properly seated.
    • Check that the windscreen is securely installed and doesn’t vibrate.

Tips:

  • Take photos during disassembly to help with reassembly.
  • Keep screws and small parts organized in a labeled container.
  • Handle the fairing and windscreen carefully to avoid scratches or cracks.
If you’re unsure about any step, consult your Ducati Panigale V4 2025 owner’s manual or seek assistance from a professional mechanic. Enjoy your new WRS windscreen!
