Paddock lift....

I think bursig was the originator of this stand and a number of companies have copied it.

For things like this I try to go with the original as many times the knock offs have some flaws and I certainly wouldn't want to risk the bike falling off.

Anyone have one of those paddock lifts that lifts the whole bike?
If seen them for $2xx to like $600bucks. Any difference in these???

hi, i had the bursig (for the bmw s1000rr 3 years ago) and now use the biketower. both originate from germany. all of them use the same technology. i like the biketower more because it looks more professional for me and you have the advatage for leveling the bike in three steps. the others only know up or down.

So, i take it that you modified your lower fairing to be able to lift the bike without removing it?

Thats odd. I saw this company at the International Motorcycle Show displaying this product and when I told him I had a 1199 he said it wouldnt work on that bike since our exhaust is where the mounting plate would go to lift it up?

Good to see them use a Tri as a demo here! Actually looks kinda handy!

Thanks for posting Cobra !

I have Bursigs for my 1199 and Multi. Had one for my S1000RR as well... With the caster option it's very simple to move the bikes into their respective places in the garage. Yes, on the 1199 you have to grind out a half moon for the bottom pin. Took a few minutes and then covered the plastic with red nail polish. Looks factory.

I love mine!

Can anyone list the tools i would need to use to do the fairing modification to the 1199 fairing?
