FML...impounded for 7 days. 40km/h over the ultra low speed limit on a HIGHWAY (80km/h) = bend over.

Dick head cops...they impounded a bunch of vehicles in including a ....... PRIUS, how embarrassing, at least I had a good excuse.

It's a sham, tow truck driver loaded 3 vehicles onto the same tow truck and is charging us $350 EACH (not split 3 ways.)

$560 ticket, yay.

Passed Horseshoe Bay, it's on the way to Squamish. Nothing out there, cop wouldn't even give me a ride to the nearest town. "I'll call a cab for you if you want." Yeah .... you too, that'll be another $200.

It's not the price, I can afford it, it's the principle of the matter. My brother came to pick me up.

Get this, get caught for impaired driving and they impound you for 24-hours, but get caught going 40 over the ultra low limit and they impound you for SEVEN days? How the .... does that make any sense.

You also cannot dispute the impound. If the cop says you were going 40 over, you get impounded and have to pay.
