Pillion bolts loose warning

Took off my pillion pegs the other day and found one bolt missing. I usually check over the bike pretty regularly but this one got past me.

Just thought I would pass it on. If I ever fit them again I will use locktite.

Good call. All you newer 1199 owners be alerted that several parts can and will loosen up often. When we all first got these bikes we started an itemized list of things that came loose. I lost screws from the exhaust shields and had the dealer fix it since it required dismantling the whole system.
