PS 13 rear. This would look nice on your build

Hi Endodoc,

What I meant above was I will need this combine throttle housing, starter and kill switch, so I can move the whole mounting point of the Master Cylinder further to the right, otherwise the "bend" on the brake lever will hit the rear of the stock throttle housing with the CORSA CORTA (or any RCS/GP).
But I don't like this kind of switch.

I have a question. It is not to cause issue or offend anyone but I am just curious. What is the fascination with brembo everything? Not just here but most motorcycle communities, everyone focuses on the brembo brand. There are some other amazing options out there such as Beringer, Galespeed, Discacciati , ISR as well as a few others. Every one I mentioned have billet options and all look and function amazingly (I don't have personal experience with some of them so I can't say first hand) with their own tweaks and patents that make them competitive . Just seems like some of these lesser known works of art would find their way to the amazing machines you guys put together as opposed to everyone going Brembo everything. This is my Billet IRC set up on my hypermotard. You guys put together some very nice bikes.

Totally agree. I’m a big fan of the Nissin GP SBK stuff but it’s impossible to get. I think Brembo fo the most part is more accessible and for me, I know how to rebuild it and parts kits are easy to get. I think the Nissin OEM stuff is better than the Brembo OEM. But yes a lot of the brands you mentioned, their top shelf stuff is excellent.

After a more intense research last night, looking for a On/Kill/Start right switch assembly that I could like, I found one from Bike Sport Development, UK.
3 function Ducati V4 race switch

However, I still do not like the multi color button that make it look like a Play Station Game Pad. :p

So before I went to sleep, I email Bike Sport Development and wake up in the morning with a great reply from Mick.
Mick will prepare my switch with ALL BLACK Buttons :D

So, I placed my order right away with the BR-N (offset to the left) Clamp along with the special tools to remove the Ducati factory switch housing.
Now, my Rizoma Clamp can be utilized again (on top of the BR-N) Clamp, I might just have to use some spacers.

I am also thinking of customizing the color of the switch housing. I just need to wait a few days to see it and figure out what can be further customized, it will be ship using DHL, (Mick advise against USPS/Royal Mail due to current situation).

Time to order the pair of RCS Corsa Corta now, hopefully Brembo factory open soon as the RCS16 Clutch MC supposed to be produce starting this month :D

Thanks again to everyone who helped me with information on this thread.

These do come with different colors.

You can change the color on the buttons. From my V4R and track bike.

Hi Shigeru,
Yes, I already ordered the switch from Bike Sport Development in All Black Color (the button).

I also found several manufacturer of accessories for RCS CORSA CORTA.
I can't believe even a master cylinder can have a lot to be customized .This is going to be fun :D

‘Cool! Can’t wait to see it.

The problem you will run into with the DB or JP housing is its much longer (front to rear) then the OEM unit which the lever will smack into even more so regardless RCS/GP. Its why we stuck with the stock housing also installing the internals on these can be a bitch.

RCS and GP masters with BSD external switch plenty of room.

The rear billet caliper, IM billet caliper hangar and BT floating rotor would be a good edition to your guys builds.

Ive been looking at the billet rear caliper. It has a center exit for the banjo bolt and the factory one has the exit closer to the front of the bike. Were you able to reuse the factory brake line or did you have to get a different one.

Just a note they don't come with the plunger you will need to machine your own I think I have a few spares in case anyone needs one.

I was thinking about the one instead a bit cheaper and still brembo. I would have to modify it a bit to work.

Thank You for the information and the pictures Mick1976,
I personally prefer the stock Ducati plastic throttle housing looks compare to the DucaBike's and actually prefer the stock Ducati plastic start/kill switch housing too (compare to JetPrime's)
however Bike Sport Development (BSD) have a design that I can leave with plus all black color button.
Also, to make sure I really have space (in case in the future I found a nice throttle housing design that I could like),
I purchase the BSD unit with the BR-N clamp (position the switch to the left of the handlebar) which allow the RCS17 Corsa Corta to be positioned closer to the throttle housing (thus making sure the lever will not hit.

BSD was very responsive, and I already received DHL tracking number which show my switch will arrive from UK this Thursday.
I also plan to further customize this BSD Switches (cosmetically) to hopefully make it like it came as part of the RCS17 Corsa Corta from Brembo.

BR-N-2.jpg

Since the RCS17 do not have mounting for the reservoir bracket (unlike the stock master cylinder),
I will use this Rizoma mounting for mirror and it will be bolted on top of the BR-N clamp. This will provide a place where I can mount my bracket for the Ducati by Rizoma reservoir.
The only problem is this Rizoma thread (for the mirror mount was M10x1.25) so I will order some thread insert from McMaster to make it goes down to M6x1.0.
Now I just need to wait until everything arrive so I can design the bracket and I will have it custom made from either billet aluminum or Carbon Fiber (unless I can find some Rizoma bracket that will fit in length, curvature and hole design).

I found 2 companies, one in Japan, and one in Italy that can provide the brake lever specific for the Corsa Corta model and I ordered the one from Italy plus I will have some further customization to the brake lever so it will be as close in looks to my current Ducati by Rizoma brake lever that came with my 916 25 Anniversario package. Well, and of course some logo color job on the RCS17 Corsa Corta master cylinder itself :D

I paid for the RCS17 Corsa Corta last night (it will be shipped along with my T-Drive order perhaps sometimes in May.

Unfortunately the RCS16 Corsa Corta for the clutch side is delayed again by Brembo. Brembo suppose to supply the market starting this month (April), postpone to June and now maybe longer. So the clutch side upgrade will need to wait a bit longer.

This is exciting :p

Its actually better for a standard app. The PS13 is set up for the rear brake and the thumb brake so I needed to plug a hole

Hi HKMP7,

Would using this adaptor works? This picture show it's being used for the connection to the Master Cylinder but I think it should work for the caliper too:
Fren Tubo Adapter 170101

Note: I just take a look at my rear caliper and I think I misunderstood what you are asking, so this might not be the solution.

No stock lines won't work throw that crap away. I use superbike T and custom lines from Motion SBK all stainless swivel fittings and ti banjos.
