my experience so far has been excellent. However, I have been using a tuner who has extensive experience with Tuneboy (including tuning his personal 1199 with the software).
There are a lot of options with the tuning software. Wayne has been MIA for a couple weeks, but I haven't tried emailing him lately. When I did talk to him about a month ago, I was getting replies very quickly.
The electronic cruise control is to die for. I don't know how I have lived without this on ANY bike. Even on a 15min crosstown trip, setting the cruise control on the 5 minutes I'm on the highway allows me to relax completely (as well as ensure that I'm not going far too fast). I'll be installing the cruise-only option on my Multistrada as soon as I figure out how to use the software on my own Windows computer (which never gets used, and I barely know how to operate even the most basic functions on).
