Moto GP ain't racing......it's a precession and clearly stoner has a better bike than the Yamaha and way much better than the Ducati, the last time I saw racing in Moto GP at least it involved Rossi.

Mmm that's a bit like saying the Premier League isn't football in the UK, in my opinion.
As for the rest of the comments lets try and keep the forum pleasant shall we?!
Each to their own opinion and all that, after all that's what the forums all about.
Although you can't really knock any of the riders, they are all extremely talented, really it's just about who's on form with the right bike that suits them at this moment in time, and to me that's Stoner and Lorenzo at the moment, but I would say look out for Crutchlow very soon...
I can't help but wonder if people just like whoevers winning at the time, I wonder how many Stoner fans have stuck with him from when he started out racing, and likewise all the Rossi fans....
But all I know is I love watching Stoner slide that bike around the track and ride it like he stole it and also how precise and smooth Lorenzo is, but it did prefer watching Moto GP when both Rossi and Simoncelli were tussling it up at the front with these guys, just made it so much more interesting. I think that's what the point is here as people are saying its not real racing at the moment, that is why!
Bottom line is however good Stoner is at the moment, which is bloody good, he still hasn't done what Rossi has done for the sport and Moto GP.
You just throwing that out there, to get a reaction, or you Rossi's best mate?

Yea I work for Ferrari of San Francisco... It's not finalized yet but they have been working on this possibility!
Well said Matt, I have always been a Rossi fan, my generation i suppose, whether he is winning or losing, probably why i have a R1 in my garage and part of the reason for buying the Ducati.

And let it be known that I do not like Rossi, and I have never been a fan. I like to see him get beaten like a rented mule.
But he has done a lot for the sport, and it will be good for the sport if Burgess can eventually set up a proper race bike for Rossi and if Rossi can get back on form again.
Right now their only viable prayer is for rain.
I bet he goes back to Yamaha, satellite team of his own or factory.
Rossi is not retiring! If I were going to bet I would put my money on either he returns to a factory ride with Yamaha replacing Spies or getting a HRC spec RC213V for the Greseni team. He still has plenty of race wins still in him! I like the Greseni option because it's an Italian team, Italian sponsor, Italian rider, and his lost friend Simoncelli's old ride!

Greseni by all intents and purposes is still run by factory Honda. So the question is, did Rossi burn too many bridges to allow for a return?
No Matter how you slice it, it looks like the odd man out here is Spies and he may be on his way back to a WSBK ride. Greseni is not a factory team. They have had the luxury of being able to lease an HRC bike for Simoncelli, and would of had one for him this year if he was still around. Bautista is not on a HRC RC213V, and neither is Bradal. I think the Repsol team seats are gone since they got rid of the rookie rule. So Pedrosa and Marquez will be on those factory bikes. The president of HRC actually stated they would be open to having Rossi back on an HRC equipped bike. There is also a rumor floating around that Rossi will start his own privateer team with backing from Coca-Cola?

Maybe you haven't been watching this sport very long. Rossi did this in 2008, had a race win at every single track on the calendar. It was in the press that year and Nick and Gavin mentioned this year on the telecast as well.
If you are going to post nonsense try to at least make it factual
