I bought mine from Pro Italia.
I have mixed feelings about the experience. The guys and staff were really nice and the head tech knew a lot about the R.
However, I called three hours before arriving and they were supposed to have all the paperwork ready. (Sign and go). This was not the case a I was there for like 2.5 hours while they kept screwing up the paperwork. Secondly, they wouldn't cut me any real deals on parts or gear. I bought many bikes in the past and it is typical to get 20% off. Next, sent me off.....luckily I came back because they forgot to give me the extra box with the passenger pegs and windscreen. Finally, I get home and realize they did not include the registration in my paperwork and they told me the DDA was already setup. The DDA was still in the box.
All in all, the guys were cool and maybe they were too busy. Plus I ended up with an R.
I have to give credit where it's due. Just left Pro Italia and had an opportunity to explain my experience to the owner in a nice constructive way. He was very appreciative and had concerns that some staff were not well prepared when the owners were out of the shop. Stand up guy and really cares about customer service.
