Sprint p08 question

Hey gang
Question just installed a sprint airfilter
Did anyone experience an initial studder or slight lack of power at first ?
And is it just me or does the bike just sound a lot louder

Perhaps your computer needs some miles to adapt to the extra flow.

I imagine adding an aftermarket air filter would require a remap no?

ideally. but mine ran better straight off the bat, and improved even more after remapping.

i was looking to add one to my shopping list, can anyone confirm if its a straight swap without any issues or remap?

Roger that.

A few years ago I added a free flow filter to my Monster 796 and it was sputtering/backfiring from the get-go. Quickly reverted back to stock. Might have to pick up one of these filters myself.
