Well I hope they asked the owner if it was ok to dyno it???

This is bone stock.. anyone buying an SL would not ride that without the Akra pipes on and that would sound so much better and the hp number is sure to kick you in the nuts like a donkey..

I was thinking that this would give atleast 190 with the Akras on that...

Looking close, it looks like the Akro system/pipes ARE Fitted???
Pause video a 0.07sec and look at the Silencer. Looks Carbon end and nothing like the alloy sleeved standard cans that come on all the panigales.??

Roughly 205-208 at the crank seems reasonable with all the Ti, Arka and other bits.

My stock Tri was 169 on claimed 195 @ crank (a 15.5 driveline loss)

The bike comes STOCK with the full Akra titanium headers and "homologated" Akra titanium exhaust cans. The "Race Kit" also contains "non-homologated" Akra titanium exhaust cans which are optional to install (they look the same). (Homologated means they have catalytic converters in them). The headers do not change, since the bike already has the full Akra ti headers on it right out of the crate. The "Race Kit" also comes with an up-map key to enable the "non-homologated" fuel map for the bike as well.

Those are the stock silencers.. with the Akrapovic race cans am sure thats bound to boost the HP up a bit more..

Those are the numbers I guess everyone is wanting to know to know that that power is under the saddle when its ripped around the track

So, I guess the tech at Atlantic Motorsports was on to something when he told me that there will be an upmap available for the Akras coming soon?

Jarel,

As part of the bike setup did you guys drop the motor and install the race cams? Am wondering how much of an effect those have on the performance. A close friend of mine who is the Ducati brand manager at a dealership here told me that these do not come installed on the bike.

So the best HP numbers would be with these race cams and the complete Akra system with the race cans. The bone stock setup I guess refers to stock cans and the stock cams as well or is that not the case.. any ideas?

It's already out, the race kit comes with an up-map key which we plug into the bike and then the latest map is downloaded from our DDS system into the ECU.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I mean for the rest of us that purchase Akras for Base/S/R models.
