IMHO the RB is a good idea, no matter what upmap is on the bike or not.

I just installed the Rapidbike unit. It works as advertised. Following a few hundred miles, all the lean surging in Race mode is gone.

Yes my 959 had the term upmap and I installed the RB Evo and it ran well.

Pulled it off had the local RB guy set it up for my 1199 (no upmap) with the same terms full exhaust and it's lovely, It's a good simple system.
