I've just received a Tuneboy kit for my 1299 and have read all documentation numerous times, but am having trouble getting the WB-01 module to connect via USB. The driver software for the WB-01 is supposed to be included, but that seems to be my issue because I get a "Please comnect WB-01 to PC and restart program" message every time i run the flash mitsubishi application. In the control panel, the WB-01 driver is missing. Does anyone know where this driver software is available? For reference I am using windows 8.
All that said, the wireless functionality of everything seems to be working fine and I could flash the bike wirelessly, but have read that it is recommended to flash via usb. Anyone successfully been flashing wirelessly without issue?
Yeah ive done it a number of times when playing around with the QS BlipH maps.
Its not ideal, but guess its said so you dont somehow brick your ECU when the wifi drops out during a re-flash. (this has happin to a friends car)
Yeah, that is why I am a bit hesitant to go the wifi route. I've got an email out to Wayne/Emma, so I'll see if they can steer me in the right direction with the usb driver.

Has anyone else had trouble with cruise control and the V6 software? Mine is nowhere near as accurate, fluctuates around 5-6mph. Considering returning to V5.
SPJ I have this issue a little bit with the CC, it differs a few km's per hour 1 to 3 km/h.
(It became better (less fluctuations) after a better trim file which I got from a good friend....)
Today I asked Emma the following:
If it is possible to let the cooling fan start the first time at 103 C (it is default like this) but then the second time during the ride to let the cooling fan start at a desired temperature at e.g 90 to 95 C.
The first time letting it start at 103 C would be convenient because any possible water vapor will have the chance to evaporate from the crank case.
But the second time I can regulate the temperature even better if the cooling fan would start at eg 90 C or 95 C, a make sense "settable" temp.
(By the way, sorry for being of topic)
Let us wait their answer.
Furthermore I minimized the kill time of the QS to 2/3 of the settings range, like you proposed, and that is a huge improvement, thanks!
