I asked them briefly and they said they tune it with a Din based soft ware set up. I may have the way its spelled wrong but that's what they use.

What a bummer. I got my Upmap T800 today but looks like the unit won't sync at all, it's stuck in connecting to the unit. It will find and identify the unit but I can't connect and move to configure screen. Anyone else have this issue? Might be an defective unit?

So your phone can connect to the device but the device won't connect to the bike? Can you post a screenshot?

Yup app will find the device but when trying to connect, the config will still be grey out. Contacted Termi, they told me to try it with a different phone, not sure if that will make a difference. My problem seems to be exactly the same as what Calimoto was experiencing from this video.

4k? Not a practical fix for a 25k motorcycle
I had the same issue. I unplugged the unit from my bike, and closed out of the app. I plugged unit back in and opened app, it connected and downloaded the software.

Got it working. Had to use an old android phone in order for it to work...maybe it has to do with Bluetooth protocol?
Congrats! Could be Bluetooth but not sure. When I loaded I had an iPhoneX.

Sadly, if it isn't one thing it's another...loaded the performance map but I guess maybe the lights were on and the flashing took too long. After it's done, now the battery is low and I can't start my bike.. guess I have to bust out my portable charger and jump start the bike..hopefully it's not something more serious than that
