not quite but close
@andyb there is a mistake in your post. The V4R doesn't come with a 14 tooth sprocket. It is my understanding that the 2022 base and S model have been basically updated to what the V4R had in 2019 with respect to fork travel, swingarm position and gearbox but HEY, what do I know, lol.
A bit. I only confirmed the information you shared by providing an SS of the official Ducati spec page to the R.a bit like what I posted above...?
This is affiRmative!where does it say the V4 R comes with a 14 t front sprocket..it says 15/42? ( the base and S having a 16t)
And yes you are wrong ! the 22 gearbox is very different to the V4R as i've demonstrated above with the gearbox ratios, the first gear is very tall!
whilst I am at it
fork Travel- on a V4R was 120mm free length.... which it still is on the base, but the electronic S (which an R isn't electronic) is now 125mm travel so different.
and regarding swing arm pivot position the 22 bike is fixed not adjustable, but is 4mm higher at the top position you could put an R to.
RTFI... ;--)

@Alkhater the SP race bike is REALLY good. Kit ecu has the most adjustment of any brand other the BMW Motorsport. Bike does the same lap time as the V4R with less drama and has a front end that feels on par with the RSV4
Andy, you are misinformed but I don't have the patience to get into it with you. The V4R fork does have 125 mm of travel and the non-adjustable 22 S model swigarm pivot point is at the stock (as delivered) 19 V4R position. You may be more correct about the EXACT gearing ratios as I didn't dig into this but the overall approach to the changes to the 2022 gearbox were to make the 22 bike much closer to the 19 V4R. I GUARANATEE I know WAY more than you about this and have actually done the physical measurements. Have you actually measured anything or did you just quote things you found on the internet?
