I never said I did - just I personally would not do a trans on eBay without it, and it affords more protection than without - or so appears. I don't understand the debate here, whats the big deal if OP doesn't agree with the other OP - agree to disagree and let it go :)

Wasn't directed at you.

I know of him and the bike.
I don't think there's anything fishy about the bike.
I can't comment on the owner. I don't know him personally.

I think he bought it, had it accessorized, then pretty much never rode it.

It may be one of those situations where people have passion and money,
but no time to actually enjoy the toy.

I'm guilty of that as well.

Good luck man, enjoy.

If this is true then EvoL is one lucky SOB to find this sweet of a deal. Carbon wheels AND rotors for that price and those miles?!?!?!

I just hope it works out. This would be a bike of my dreams.

Lol, what I haven't figured out yet is what's confusing about this... but let me explain. Someone listed their bike on eBay, which I bid on and ended up winning. Now, I asked if anyone knew the owner of the bike I bid on.

If it ends up being you at that price, everyone here will hate you, just be prepared ;)

have you had any interaction with seller to date? did you ask questions during auction? if so, were they answered?

I just hope it works out. This would be a bike of my dreams.

Congrats Evol that's a pretty sweet deal. The CF rotors are and BST wheel are going to be a huge performance gain. I was waiting for Brake tech but they can't seem to find a Contract manufacturer to make them cheap enough for them.
