I think he's referring to the Ducati Corse catalog being behind an immense paywall. The high end racing Ducati parts exists, just not mere mortals like Alpha, GYTR and AF1 Racing.
Why would we need some fancy names to add as a "tuning" company?, In my world Ducati is all that directly!
Pani V4 does not need as much money as my friends R1, RSV, CBR etc, they need to replace half the bikes to get them into decent track day bikes even.
For sure, I have done a lot of stuff to mine, but that is just to optimise and have fun doing it, it was a blast from bare stock if you think back.
This is the reason I am running Ducati, the racing genes.
Lets wait until 2025 arrives and we will be (even more) alone on the top!

the WSBK bikes need an electronic engineer or a high skills on that matter.
My CIV V4R, with the simpler MOTEC, is already an interesting piece of a software to deal with.
