Am not saying so much as to pride but a lot of times I feel left out when I ride with my Ducati friends and they all are much older than I am. I just posted this to see that I wasn't the only one but apparently I am. That's all

Hey guys, wats all the bashing on the young one? We're all ducatisti right?! Btw I know what you mean lducati1199s, all my duc buddy's are older , my age crew is all about the can off tuna bikes! Congrats on getting your bike!

Corse and frosty are just jealous they didn't have something like an 1199 when they were young. You figure with age they would be mature enough to not get all butt hurt a 20 year old has the same toys they do at 30+...

I'm 26. But I also didn't start on a 750 sport bike.

And also just because you CAN doesn't mean you should.

I see people driving super cars with L's and N's (new driver) stickers on them all the time. What kind of ..... buys their 16 girl a Porsche 911 turbo?

Also, I don't think anyone has any business on a litre bike without 5 years of riding experience. But this guy already had an R1.

I bet your friends think they're cool.

Then again since you're in Florida you'll never be leaning it over anyway.

I'm curious, what does a 20 year old who works part time do for a living to be able to afford a Panigale S? I guess mommy and daddy are paying for your school.

Who cares if his parents pay for school, at least he is going to school! You have posted like 5 bitchy comments on this thread, stop being a hater and get a life. And if your only 26 then why do you talk like a grumpy old man? You sound like a huge square!

@Frosty I dont own a 1199S. I have plenty of years of experience all the way down from 13 years old. And as you see from the pics i can assure that i can take twisties and also ride on a track. Florida isnt all flat and straight. Stop assuming things. Who the hell are you to tell me what i can and cant have, yeah a rabbit with a blue waffle hahaha.

Do you even own the bike???

Your username has 1199S in it.

You didn't answer the question. I want to know more about your "hard earned money" .

Nice jeans.

Ahhhh don't listen to the negativity their just trying to get your goat. Take this bike out on the track and enjoy. Its unfortunate the negative folks don't live closer so you could kick their ... on the track :D

Make them really feel old

Enjoy - dont let these guys get to you

Really who cares if you selling weed to pay for the bike - it just shows your dedication ;)

If you can afford the bike, fair play to you, however, I am in agreement with one of the earlier posts, this is really just an attention seeking thread for one person.

I am probably missing a point here but I cannot see why is it important to know if someone is the youngest?

It has no more merit than largest, thinest, richest, poorest, whitest, blackest, yellowest, greenest, most hung, least hung etc owner.

If one wants to say hey, I just have my 1199, great, on this forum that is something to celebrate, I really could not care about the circumstances surrounding it.

As we say in England: JRTFT (just ride the f$%"ing thing)

Just my irrelevant thoughts

:)

Just because my username says 1199S doesn't mean i own one look at the picture. I initially want an S but i couldn't afford it and it was better for me just to get the base instead.

My college is mainly paid for, i got a scholarship.

I work at this company called Mult Services, but i will be going back to my old job part time also at cycle gear.

If you do the math the bike is very much affordable you just have to put your mind to it. Like starting from the R1 build credit then trade it in for the 1199 and finance the difference. I only pay 165 a month for the bike, not including the insurance that i paid for in full before hand.

Okay. So I've kept tabs on this for a min now. @ Lducati1199s. That's awesome man. I owned my first Ducati at 20 as well. I'm 22 now and own the 1199s. And if you can afford it ride it. Who cares how you bought the bike. Seriously guys. I afforded the bike because I was deployed for 12 months and it was my present but how are we going to judge a guy on how he purchased a bike. But again congrats to you man. Ride it and make the 1199 your ...... It's a great bike

So now am a drug dealer wow, just shows how low people would go to talk bad about someone out of jealousy, hate, idk lol. You dont even know me and you call me a drug dealer am speechless.

It's got nothing to do with jealousy.

Money doesn't = brains.

But you're so smart, you've been riding a litre bike since you were 13 so it's okay. :D
