Italian carbon fiber company i found thru Ducati Omaha. Check out the lower headlight fairing (DV4ST-2)

Thank you for sharing. Bellisimoto has all of these on their site (4-6 weeks out). I ordered the CF instrument cover.

Finally installed the Rizoma bars, Motovation weighted bar ends and CRG mirrors. I drilled the hole a little wrong so my controls are rotated a little too far forward on the left side. I also installed the Dieci radiator and oil cooler covers. The radiator cover is about 1/8” to narrow on either side but you vacant notice unless looking head on. I also installed the Sprint P08 filter. Next up will be upmap...going with somefun’s advice.. I also need to add spacers to the fluid/stock mirror mounts.

nice I’m over the water - mine is at port apparently - it’s been a long wait since April. Is your bike 2021 model?

I’m trying to work out if we Australians end up with Euro 5 models here?[/QUOTE]

Very nice...love the graphics you added. Looks like you sprung for the carbon winglets too.
Cheers man.. The winglets are Vinyl wrap! Was looking at Water based graphics as the winglets are over $1000 USD! I found a site that sells them for 320 euros for the full set in carbon, but the wait time is 4-5 months.

Chain guard cover???

Chain guard cover???
At the moment on order are; Evotech Tail Tidy, Front and rear wheel spindles, Carbon heel guards (from China, testing out the quality on a cheap pair of guards NZD$50 for the set) and that plugin dongle thing that holds open the exhaust flaps (coming from AUS).

2020, so Euro 4 thank goodness! We have 6 bikes in the country, no more stock till April (ish) next year.. This was the last one in stock so i grabbed it!

Vinyl carbon wrap looks good on winglets...I was interested in the OEM carbon ones and when I saw the price, I lost interest quickly. Once they start showing up in aftermarket, I'll consider if the prices are reasonable.

Ive seen a few places aftermarket but still around the $1000/1500 USD. Try this place.. Might buy some from them, (165 Euros per pair) but wait time is 4-5 months! https://www.ffcarbon.com/en/shop/Ducati/Streetfighter-V4/
Thanks, I'll check them out. I may just hold off on winglets for a while. I'm checking into swapping out the stock rear sets, and the options I'm looking at range from $800 - $1000 USD...I'd rather use the $$$ for better ergos and performance than cosmetics.

Yup agree.. Theres also the option of Hydrodipping which looks exactly like carbon without the Price.. Think a full set of Wings here in NZ is about $200 (maybe USD$130). Im seriously thinking about this, as you say its a lot of $$ for cosmetics.

Hello All, I am this close to pulling the trigger on a new one. Is there anything you new owners have learned about your bikes that should concern me? ( I.e. the effing heat on the 959) Thank you in advance!

Hydrodip may be a better option, especially if the price for doing set is in $100-200 range. I may need to do some more research on this method.

Thanks

Hi.. Had mine for 3 weeks now and was even closer than you to buying the SuperDuke R. To be fair the Superduke R i thought was a better road bike, mostly much smoother. The SF grumbles a lot at low speed (Throttle not butter smooth) and the heat for me is bearable as it does have cylinder deactivation. The thing that grabbed me first off was how loud it is on the stock exhaust. Also didn't realize that the Bluetooth / connection module is extra though. These are minor niggles as i frickin love the bike!!.. That anger just adds to the character for me, looks better than the SD. The SF just oozes quality from paint finish to the bolt heads, side stand etc etc... My advise, just get it you wont be disappointed.

You will not be disappointed...I've had mine since May 2020, and all is good. Only concern for me right now is unleashing all the power this v4 offers. There are some aftermarket maps and tuners you can install that help, but out of the box this bike will fly. The SF is great on street and track...if you are coming off a Panigale 959, you will love this beast.
