Marzocchi front forks are 2.2 lbs lighter than the Ohlins forks, so overall weight is probably the same give or take (the base may even weight a bit less), but, as has been said, rotating weight of the Marchesini wheels is less. Personally can't see spending $2300-$2500 on the Marchesini wheels. Not sure the Ohlins forks are any better than the Marzocchi (from a tech standpoint I don't like compression on one fork only and rebound only on the other). Nitrogen gas (Marzocchi) to lighten weight is what Ohlins will be going with in the future. Ohlins rear shock and steering damper are better than Sachs, but can be changed if needed. LED headlights are cool. Electronic adj. suspension also sounds nice but most people don't change their suspension that often so it's not a major point (least not for me). Even for track it's easy enough to have the crew tweek it based on my feedback. Carbon fiber front mudguard (eh, like the glossy finish better).
I like the paint scheme of the Tricolore but can't see the cost increase, most of which is for the DDA which very few people will ever use or need. If you like, opt for a replica decal kit when they come out.
