Jeez mate I dont know where you dragged that old post up from, but that was when the bike was here for a showing.
You will know when I get mine as I have the GoPro already for the first ride through the back country.....Burringbar range early in the morning first up
Just need Ducsyd to give us plenty of reports to keep us happy until our's arrive.

Ooops ... total brain fart or just old timers kicking in.
See here I was opening up this thread and I didn't bother to go to the "last" page and just scrolled down. Saw the piccy of the two bikes that me mate Wallaroo from Northern NSW had (presumably at his place), thought this was recent, couldn't remember seeing it before and put 2 + 46 together and got ... Wow .. Lucky ....... !!
Of course I was happy for you. My mind never went anywhere else. It should have gone lots of places .. like "wonder how Wallaroo's got his and no body else in OZ etc etc " but no .. happy geriatric soul that I am.
So boys, I'd better cancel my order for my Tri, cos I can't be sure I'll remember how to ride .. or even where I might have left it!

My 1199S with ABS arrived yesterday (Melbourne). It should be ready for pickup Monday
I was told March 1, then end of March, then April 1 in writing, then told them not to give me a date again until theyd seen the bike with their own eyes!
I put down a deposit on the first day the media release went out too! Oh well, all good things come to those who wait as they say...

Good things come to those who get in early! Awesome seems like your bike is tw first one to be delivered in oz. If your gonna pull mono's down collins st, let me know and I'll photograph! You melb or ringwood?
