Hmmm, I use the Tamburini harness on the 99sI believe Renvale made them. Full Motorsport spec harness. I’ll ask about the V4Being able to buy a race harness for these things would be amazing - no one does...

Ridiculous
Fair, but his choice of verbiage was not specific to him or his geography and in generalization, included everyone, everywhere which is why I posted.depends on where you live. He lives in DFW... it is a waste of time
Just endless stretches of straight freeway and when I lived there construction everywhere

I have never ridden a my bike or a standard V4 on the road but i cannot imagine its that fun
Bike looks great man but damn there is a lot going on there. Not so sure I would want to troubleshoot that thing if something went sideways. Short of a whole kit does anyone make an aftermarket harness for the V4? The V4s electrical system looks like haunted house.
All that tear down, you shoulda just replaced all nuts n bolts with proti or somethin.

Yes Texas landscape is drab. I have lived in very pretty parts of the country prior to Texas, and street riding a superbike is still a waste of time. 225 hp with horrible ergonomics, horrific ride quality, heat pouring on to you and that's before you get to bad roads, traffic, bad weather and distracted drivers. Everything about street riding a superbike is a pretense.
Now if you tell me you ride a gold wing or Harley or GS and tour the country, I can see the beauty in that.
No sir, I toyed with a V4 build but abandoned the idea. For me the 1299 was the last Duc I’m doing. Just finished the SL, I’ll send some pics. Next project will be electric.did you get a V4?
Im trying to persuade Mick Boesman Bike sport developments to create a V4 track Harness... he is only a few miles from me. He said the std looms are built to a price, that complicated and to do a race harness in quality materials rather than the std pish stuff would be very expensive....
Superbike unlimited developed their own system based on Motec i think they worked with bike sport development and it's a really well designed and built system. I think hacking into the STD harness would be messy it's a real mess and building a race harness just isn't cost effective IMOA properly designed and made harness is expensive. I don’t see a point in doing a harness swap alone tbh. Might as well go stand-alone ecu at this point unless you wanna keep the factory rider aids and functions.

It might be worth contacting the distributor of H2O as the new radiator has the upper left-hand coolant line fitted behind the frame its a much better way of running itThat radiator is massive by the way, we are looking for a place to put the overflow bottle, will update on that later.View attachment 42378View attachment 42379View attachment 42380View attachment 42381View attachment 42382
