Hi folks, hope all are well these days! Just got my hands on a 2021 V4S so let the mods begin. Sold my 2019 Monster 1200 25th Anniversary Edition and SO glad I did....the Streetfighter is amazing.

If I went with the arrow exhaust (slip ons only) what else needs to be done? I'm getting a bit confused with this bike after reading sooooo many threads with varying info. Every other bike I would just pop on the cans and upload a tune. Do I need to buy the exhaust valve bypass module (or whatever it's called), remove O2 sensors, etc? I'd get the UpMap and the Arrow tune, of course. This bike already has poor range, but does the Arrow exhaust/tune make it worse?

Thank you kindly for all insight. I figure by now the world has a better consensus on what works best in this scenario. have a great night!

hey thanks, appreciated. Good point about the air filter! So, seems like I'll need the servo buddy, too. I see that suggested when I go to purchase the arrow exhaust. I've seen so many people say no need to unplug )2 sensors and many say to do so, hence the confusion.

Thanks for bearing with me....most advanced I've had after 11 bikes. lol

The $99 sprint air filter is worth it

yes flash w t800 and unplug the o2 sensors

congrats and good luck!

I can help you out with both items if youre interested. Shoot me a Pm and I can give you pricing

This dude ^^^ sold me my exhaust, filter and a bunch of other goodies but yes the O2 sensors must be unplugged but I’m pretty sure with the T800 you won’t need that servo buddy although my Zard exhaust came with a HealTech ESE (exhaust servo eliminator)

but .... since Duc likes to make changes without announcements who knows if it’s even the same plug for the exhaust servo
While we’re talking abt changed plugs... the 4 pin OBD2 Port plug that I have on my 2020 PV4 which works with the included wire with the T800... is now a 6 pin connector so I don’t even know if Youll be able to connect the T800 without either jumping wires and pins or finding a new adapter.

most advanced bike, hell yes and it’ll be a big headache until you get it all sorted but 100% guarantee that once it’s sorted, it’ll be the most exciting bike you’ll ever own. That is until they go full electric. Jk

PS on the PV4 with stock Software and stock exhaust, the sprint filter was good for 3hp, that’s why I say it’s worth it

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated and refreshing.

Fyi one o2 sensor plug is under the gas tank, so it’s gotta lift out. Definitely a 2 person job unless you’re Superman or have a friend that doesn’t identify as a person

but on a good note, these bikes do come apart very nicely

Kev the new Termignoni slipons for the Ducati V4 and Street Fighter V4 come as a kit with the T800 upmap unit and the sprint p08 filter as a package deal

Yessir, these bikes are a trip... just like some of the members here.

can you post a pic of your data port under the seat? That’s what I’m referring to as the OBD2 port

Absolutely! Check in here tomorrow if you don't mind. Doing homework with my daughter and need to get her to bed so I'll take pix in the morning for sure.

@DucatiKev what did you end up doing to the bike after installing the Zard I sold you. Did you ever wind up getting some sort of ECU flash or dyno tune? Or anything? I remember you telling me vcyclenut said there was no need to dyno your bike since it had slipons.

I didn’t think the O2 sensors needed to be disconnected just for a slip on, thought it was only if you install the T800 map or am I mistaken and it’s not the first time Lol

I put a 2x4 under the gas tank to prop up and was able to unplug the sensor without completely removing the tank. Side note, what frame sliders do you have?
