I was just looking at my dealers website. Under one of the Panigales he has in stock he has this note...

Enjoy $0 down and4.99% APR for 60 monthsOAC, plus Ducati will make your first 3 payments with purchase by 3/31/13.

I'm not interested in financing. Does anyone know if Ducati has incentives for cash buyers?

I think that might only apply to the 2012's.
You could probably get them to drop the freight, setup, etc. costs on those as well.

Yeah... they have great incentives for cash buyers,,

You go to your dealer with a wad of cash and ride out on one of the best looking SportBikes ever made .....

I'm sure it is only for 12's. I'm okay with that.

I know that the dealers are dealing. What I'm wanting to know is if Ducati has factory cash available in lieu of the financing special.

I know what you meant man... I was being facetious... well kind of... But the cash price and finance price are the same... Stealer gets his money either way...

They just drop the price of what the first 3 payments would be if you financed for 60 months. I can't give you a figure because it's dependent on the model.

I hear that you can get a free bag of popcorn kernels to cook on the......

.....hot pipe?

Damned....another heat thread!

No, there is not a cash option from the factory in lieu of the financing on this promotion. Any other incentives are coming from the dealer, not from Ducati.

There were some accessories credits when I got mine in December but I am not sure if they are still going or not. These were being offered by Ducati but only cash deals and not if you wanted the financing.

Thank you for offering the answer from a dealer perspective. I did have a chance to stop by my dealer today and he of course told me the same thing. We did not talk specific numbers because I'm waiting for them to sell my Goldwing that they have on consignment first. But he did tell me that they can work with me on the price.

As you may have read in other posts of mine, the dealer is a long time friend of mine and I know he will do whatever makes good business sense to sell me a bike.

Im getting my 2012 on Monday with the 2012 deal ducati is giving out right now. my bike was a demo with 600 miles but the dealer took 1500 of the sticker (tried to get 2 grand but we all now how they get when you ask for another 500 off) I'm happy with the deal we made though. Just wish my base had the S headlights!

I pick one up a couple months ago and Ducati had 1.4% financing for 48 months.Never financed a bike before but couldnt pass up that price.

What is your OTD price then ?

Just snagged my base at Kissel Moto in State College for a great deal.

Had .6 miles on it, all recalls done and new up-map.

There is also a 2012 base 1199 at BMW of Pgh for 17K OTD.

It has under 10 miles on it.

well my OTD price was a little higher because i still owed about $1300 on the bike i traded in. but i think it came out to a little over 18k

If ya'll are going to talk OTD, it would help to define what that means. It should include all taxes and fees - which will vary from location to location. Otherwise it's better to state that your deal is everything except TTL (tax, title license).

Thanks!

well then in that Case 16500 was the deal we worked out. The bike was a demo and had 600 miles on. But if u get technical im not paying $330 for the next 3 months so u could take off another 1000.

That is a great deal!
