First Impressions.... Is it supposed to ride this chuggy?

It's not available in our area. But I do not believe that what we are talking about in this thread could be a factor of the gas. Just my opinion based upon the fact that I've ridden three different Ducati's and they have all done it to some degree. The other two are an 1198 and Multistrada.

But were all three running corn-gas?
 
Not chuggy when I'm riding hard. Just when I'm going slow. Obviously an engine pushed this hard, to the limits, is going to act weird at slow speeds. Smooth engines only make 50bhp/liter.

Try some stomp grips and the race seat.

Once you have a seat that actually works, relax and let go of the tank. That gives a little more airflow over the rear cylinder and your balls.
