Metallic Fragments In Oil

The magnet should only be picking up small shavings during break-in, after that there should be essentially nothing, or your motor may have issues

I have an extended magnet drain plug on my Honda S2000 and there is absolutely nothing on that thing after 5000 miles

You are comparing a car to a motorcycle .

Motorcycles have the transmission and engine sharing the same oil- this produces a slightly larger amount of metal particles than the crankcase of a car.

if Metal on a magnet is really small(particles size) and consistent this is normal.

All used motorcycle oil has metal in it . Not all motorcycles have magnets and those that don't get the metal removed when the oil is changed - it goes out the pan or gets caught in a filter.
These small metal particles are not hurting anything .
