Plus an MC company that sells less than 10k bikes a year worldwide, losing the CA market even for a few months sucks! But they'll survive.

selling several to 10 bikes a week I think whoever made that mistake costed the company, say couple hundred grand at the most? and given that those buyers will simply buy the same bike at a later date when the ban ends, a lower amount seems more realistic, no?. Another real loss would be the time value of money and logistic storage losses at the end. So not so bad, and the media announcing the ban makes these bikes more desirable altogether.
