For one I have the 1199 in which I traded the 1198sp for I know both bikes very well like what was said in the previous post the 1199 has poor acceleration below 8000 with a average top end I have also rhode the 1098r which has a lot more acceleration everywhere it just runs out of revs faster

So that's your assessment ? LOL

No that bike having no race wins in its third season of competing on the highest level is my assessment numbers don't lie

And as far as comparing our bikes to wsbk they running them pretty close to production bike now that's why the evo class is joined together with superbikes

Phillip island is not a hp track the panigale corners good on new tires something Carlos checa did 2012 at Phillip island but crashed in the first race trying to make up time

seriously are you for real??

how much money do you think it would take to get it to WSBK

well you don't know both bikes as you have only ridden a mates 1098R.

I have both 1199r and the 1098r Bayliss and they are very different and in alot of ways the 1098r is a better bike (as in i enjoy it more) but both out of the box it's certainly not faster.

It feels quicker due to the delivery of the power and in may ways is more engaging but for the most riders the 1199 is so much quicker.

It's the natural evolution of the bikes, the 1299 will be another step forward.
