I thought one of the SL's for sale was Jeff's track bike. Not sure about the other one. Michael, perhaps?

I think there is a line forming on the OP's find. I know I would sell my RR to get my hands on it. I don't want to get rid of the 899 and I have a 2 bike in the garage max imposed by the boss.

its Bill's

I used to do the DOCC events at Grattan and Mosport on my DB2. BCM were regular attendees.

I went a similar route with the 900SS motor in my DB2, 944cc, Panel Ti rods, 38mm Keihins, V-Two cams, polished and knife edged crank, got it from 72rwhp to 91rwhp.

Yes, I do attend the AMS track days at Cressen, but I miss riding VIR....

"Two Wheels World" Pompano Beach, Florida has this motorcycle for sale.I personally received a phone call about this bike as a courtesy for being a customer.A non customer inquiring about this bike from out of town may get quoted higher.I might wait for next generation Superbike.

Surely we have enough members we can all pitch in a few bucks and we can have a forum SL?!?! :D

Sounds like a great idea and I have plenty of room to store it. Naturally, I'll ride it once in a while just to charge the battery and circulate the fluids...Someone's got to take one for the team....

pro grip 717 or 724 the 717 are standard on the sl

The bike is still available and was offered to me today as well. I was in the dealership and it was offered to me at 45k, which makes me think it could go for 43k. Called pops and debated it actually, but since my 1299 just got its first service, it'd probably just sit in the garage. In any event, it is still available, and the dealership does not mess around...they are straight shooters (for non-locals that might be interested).

Jim did say he would have to get the price approved, but he seemed confident that he could get it done...
