That's cool man! Whereabouts? I live in Robinson Township about 8 miles North of city.

I live near Greentree. Are you getting your panigale at the Ducati dealer in Wexford?

Greentree. We're only 10 minutes apart man, that's cool. Maybe we'll get together and ride next year.

I've talked with Dennis at Wexford dealer, he's a great guy. So it's possible I'll buy bike there. However, I've found better deals and bigger selection at Northern Ohio Ducati.

I'm not going to make the move till Spring though. I need to sell the ZX14R 1st. Otherwise wife would kill me most likely! ;)

If you buy the bike in Ohio wont you have to pay Ohio sales tax then Pa tax when you register?

You could buy it now and store it at my place so your wife wont know. I have a attached garage. Plus I would like to have an other Panigale to practice big wheelies and burn outs. :D

Ha...Nice! How considerate of you.

Don't have to pay taxes in Ohio, just in PA. Had to do the same with my Zx14R which I bought from Ohio dealer.

Thanks man!

The only thing I'm waiting on is to go to NYC show in December to see the 1299 and make sure what bike I'm going to buy.
Heard the front and rear fairing will be a little different. If they changed the look too much then I'm going 1199.

Northern Ohio Ducati has been perfectly cool for me so far.

Easiest buying experience I've ever had actually.

That's great to know. The owner was super cool guy, very laid back but knowledgable as well.

I love my 1199, and it has all the power I could ever want on the street, but. If I was in your position and faced with the choice of 1199 or 1299 that would be a no brainer, more is better, it will be the evolution of the species.

Don't discount the "heated seat" especially as the temperature starts to drop...
A nice fall/ winter boneass that warms the cockles.......no doubt

I wouldn't get too hung up on the 1299 vs 1199 thing. Its a tick improvement, the iPhone 5 to the 5S. You can get very good pricing this time of year on a 1199.

Its a step up, but not a generation type thing. Save a few thousand, don't be an early adopter and have it paid off when the next generation superbike comes out.

On the heated seat...I removed the cylinder head cover last weekend. Very nice and toasty on colder rides. ;)
