I’ve seen a few tracks that let people buy condos/houses on the track. It’s not for me, but I can see the appeal.

Not sure I’d want that, unless I was raising my kids in carting or something to be F1 drivers….I have two hobbies that I love, Archery and these bikes.

I have a little 20 yard Archery range in my back yard now, would be cool to have a track in your back yard, even if it were a supermoto track

I think there's a track in northern Illinois like that which uses them as rental properties. Which in that regard, its an awesome solution. Rent it for a week or weekend, however long you'd be at the track.
 
I work at Silverstone...........they are building a small exclusive estate just outside copse corner.....
