Panigale V2 from 2020 on is completely different electronic package. It is now similiar to Panigale V4. Also look at your Woolich box. You need the matching red Euro5 motorcycle OBD connector on your bike to connect it. You must be looking at the wrong parts catalog.

Oy vey… dude posts on the forum for advice and second guesses/contradicts every piece of advice 🤦‍♂️

If it pains you so much, you don’t have to be involved. Just sitting on the sidelines and complaining isn’t helpful for anybody.

The part number stuff is confusing. I’ll take your word for it and just get the V2 loom section.

Jet Prime “keyless kit” routed and secured.

Tabs on the underside of the OEM triple top ground off so after market clip one for better.

Starting on ABS “delete” / bypass. Not so bad. Replacement line kits coming from HSBK.

Woodcradt bodywork arrived. And lever guards.

Someone asked me why I like the clutch lever guard, so I was answer here as well: I think it’s great for a crash protection for the lever.

do you know if the armour bodies front fit with the stock fairing stay?

Yes, it should. I’m about to confirm. I asked Eric at Woodcraft, and he said that it fits but that you won’t have the ram air effect. I think ultimately the step is to get the moto holders faring stay with the ram air adapter.

Mines being painted now…

Got quite a lot done. Radiator guards, aftermarket, steering stop, LW Motoholders subframe, caprice front spacers.

ABS delete/bypass pretty much complete. Just need to get fluid in the lines. Got the brake lines as a kit from HSBK. Waiting on a Brembo bleed nipple / banjo from Ducati, as the calipers need to be swapped to have bot have a single banjo and not one having a double and one a single with the line split.

Fixed the rear wiring harness with pieces from a second one. Thanks for Daniel for pointing out that I needed this newer one.

Disabled a few things with Woolich. But wasn’t able to figure out why the quick shifter isn’t being recognized. I dropped off at the Ducati and was waiting on their diagnosis but they were taking too long so I had to pick it back up. I guess you’ll have to ride without quick shifter at first. They’re like a week backlogged, and I’m trying to get this bike on the track in two weeks from now. I will try OBD star when it arrives tomorrow.

Did a mock up of putting the bike back together so I could take it to Ducati. It was at least good to see how things were together with the routing should be for certain wiring. I need to make a few adjustments next time.

Hey. I've mock-fitted it up, and it fits fine. I'm still figuring out if it goes in to the upper or lower set of holes, but it will fit indeed. The brake master is currently somewhat hitting the fairing, but that is kind of expected. I think I can just bend the bracket a bit.

That said, I'll be getting the Motoholders with RAM air at some point soon.

Test run of body work. Paint looks good. Sticker pack / number plates in the works. Will repaint the tank to match the bodywork at some point..

Rear brake came out pretty good. Was tough to prime. Ended up taking the caliper off and holding it upside down. "Custom" bracket mount.

Need to figure out the best way to mount the TCU in the tail...

Got an OBDStar...

Thanks for confirming. I guess it looks like you end up having open areas between the nose and the actual oem intake if you don't run their ram air piece which can only work with the motoholders fairing stay.

I think that's correct, yes.

Thanks to member ducativ2jsn, I now have a Spark full system exhaust on my bike. Thanks to him for his patience and good job packaging up the pipes. It looks and sounds amazing. It was a little bit of a hastle to put on but mostly because I kept the fan and had to modify the shroud, which took a few (dozen) tries to get it right.

Got the SBS pads in. Just waiting on a new bleed nipple and then I'll fill the front brakes, bed the pads, and do the final routing of the front wheel speed sensor cable.

I was also able to get to the bottom of why my quick shifter wasn't working. It was just a software issue. It needed to be "turned back on (?)" by a Ducati tech with the Tex tool thing. What a weird event.

I'll do some final(ish) ergo stuff tomorrow, calibrate the new tires & gearing, then hopefully get it off to the tuner for a dyno and map build.

From there, it's a just a few minor things and fitting the body work. I'm hoping to make the N2 track day weekend at Homestead next weekend. I minorly refractured a broken collarbon, actually working on this bike, ironically, so it's a mad dash to see what will be the limiting factor of being ready: the bike or I.
