Well yea, m1000rr is 32k euros on marktplaats, v4 sp2 is 47k.

15k buys you lots of race needed parts

the sp2 irelease date 2022 m1000rr release date 2020.
And again, you dont have to buy sp2 you can buy a v4/v4s.
If you step on a stock ducati and a stock v4 is day and night
I dont understand the point

Having bought a track ready V4S and then spent $60k modifying it and trying just about everything you can try on them at track, if I were buying another liter bike right now it would be a V4R that I’d put the GP rear shock on, FKR 108 carts in the front forks, a Raceseats. It seat, a Brembro Corsa Corta 17RCS Brake MC, tank pads, and some slicks and have a very very good track bike.

That’s all ya need to have one of the fastest most capable bikes at the track.

And then because I have some expendable income and like the feeling of lightness the effectiveness of the Superlegerra wings I’d add those, some magnesium wheels, and Sicom rotors…but the rotors are on 10 month back order and counting.

Toprak's M1000RR blew up at Phillip Island. Embarrassing for BMW lol

A friends Alpha built blew now after just 2000km. Seems to have some issues with the durability on the beemers engines.

Pretty sad that the same company that built the HP4 Race (arguably the greatest production bike ever built) is producing this kind of thing and not standing behind it now. Aprillia’s are just as bad for this kind of thing, you hear very similar stories with them.
