V4R Rumors for 2022+?

I was so impressed Ducati went with smaller wings in '22 but kept the same down force. That's really cool fluid dynamics. But loops would be better than what they stuck on the Superleggero. omg that thing.

I bet they postponed it because of this. They went, "ahhshit, even bmw has loopwings now. We gotta do loop wings, and add an R." Then they can get V4RR

Why stop with 2 Rs when you can have 3? V4RR-R.

Maybe Ducati said crap BMW’s bike is 5k cheaper and just as good (if not better) so they needed to talk to the accountants and get rid of the Ducati tax

Bike is very similar in looks to the old one, wings look same except they fold back underneath, the tip curls under. Single sided swingarm, not sure about the gearbox yet.

Man I hope you are right. Care to share how you know this?

Understood. Appreciate the info you've shared thus far.

I was hoping the SSSA would stay.

No, that's not how it works. They needed to talk to the PR people to create a few extra buzzwords and acronyms to *justify* the Ducati tax.

I guess Giuseppe and Giovanni from the marketing department forgot to finish the powerpoint and realized late last night. No big deal I guess... Its not like its the flagship model launch or anything....

I recon as Bautista is doing well they want to wait til he has won the WSB with the current bike before announcing its successor …

I believe the earliest that could be is the weekend of Round 11, Nov 11 - 13, Indonesia, and that would be after EICMA.
