If we can all be honest and open (and yeah maybe a lil vulnerable) we can help ea other so much more if we post that info HERE

Or maybe make a new thread clean start with a link to it here a dozen pages in. Dunno? Whatever you think work best

That ^^^^ .... ain’t gonna help no one

Just because it’s “different” does not mean it’s wrong. I have a lot of experience tuning (mostly just timing and a/f) but I need to keep a open mind if I am to learn anything new

*Tuning is trial n error right? Auto tune suggestions are great. So is stuff from those that think outside the box. Shoot a idea down. But not until you have applied it and seen for yerself it doesn’t work. And if you find something that does plz share. I will. It would be different if we were racing each other but we aren’t. Let’s take advantage of that. Everyone helps everyone : )

Correct Don and if something needs addressed, we can fix it. my point is again we have one member who is going to continue to make comments and not back then up with anything so Mick again what exactly is wrong in detail with the Bren tune? What specific values do you take issue with and why so we can learn from it

4th gear ETV settings.PNG

These are my 3rd and 4th gear ETV settings. I don't remember if I changed any of these or not from stock. To be honest I'm not 100% sure what the specific colors represent. I believe they signify the variance from the OEM settings. But don't quote me on that. I do plan on playing around with it a bit for grins.

Hey B what map is that? Is that your auto tune on a stock map or did you start with a map from map share?

There it is!

100% throttle = 100% throttle

1199 and a R to boot

I like the way it’s not perfectly linear down low. Prolly better for street when yer putting

I am gonna use those numbers for a starting point. Thanks man : )

Stacked Termi up map timing table 14R high gear:

I pulled this out of my ecu. Not sure why it goes to 15000 rpm? My ETV only goes to 11.5 but…

*Woolich told me if you exceed the table the system continues to use the last number that was there

The map share map has mods to the ignition table and the ETV and you layered your AT over it.

B if you get a chance can you post a shot of the ignition map say 3rd gear cylinder 1? I have the Stock, Tuneboy, Termi and my map pulled up and I’m comparing the tables. Would be interesting to see what your base map was modded to. My advance is a bit aggressive at WOT

Alright folks so here is my ETV numbers these are after 3 auto tunes and started from a factory map.

Wow excellent so the stock map obviously doesn’t have those tables and we know the Auto tune doesn’t change those values (least that’s what Woolich told us) so how in the heck did you get those changes into your ECU? None of us can figure that out. Nice work

Here it is. I have not messed with it at all. Maybe when my buddy gets his dyno up and running I will.

This is the ETV from a bone stock 16R ecu so as you can see from my auto tune numbers (2nd gear) the numbers do change.

Yep, my apologies man. Looks like you are correct. Calling Woolich Monday. Obviously what they told us is wrong. Nice work So it appears tat the Auto-Tune does indeed change all three main tuning parameters. Cool
