Wrapping my 1199 to Superleggera

I holds up nicely, I have had a transparent wrap on every red surface since I got the bike, no heat related issues anywhere. It does "scratch" easily though, but that can be polished off with some liquid I got from them.
 
Ithink i'll only wrap it when I get race bodywork but i'm doing gold chrome...idk maybe a dumb idea but i'll like it.

Yeahhh gold or normal chrome could be soooo cool, wonder if there is any 1199 out there yet, would be cool to see how it looks like.
 
So here is mine,all made in stickers on eBay..Inside the kit you have stickers "1199 superlegerra" but i don't put cause my 1199 is not one,it's not a S,it's a basic so i found it ridiculous to make it SL,so it's a basic with a sl style..
It's not as accurate than a painting but as i like to change often the look,it's the best choice for me..

Can be spotted as fake SL very easily though, as everyone knows panigale SL has the oil window check hole on the bottom fairing :p


Seriously, though, it doesn't look bad :)
 
I had never wanted to make a "false SL" only to make my 1199 with scheme i like..
On SL you have the rear seat in carbon too..on mine it's red
 
Looks good. Continuing with my critique, I would remove the rim stripes. To me the rim stripes make the tires visually thinner and less muscular. I also think it cheapens the look. Just my silly two cents.

Every Panigale has one except any '12MY.
 
Personally, I think the Panigale R scheme looks better than the SL. I've thought of having that put on my base. Not because I want to pose as a R, but I just think it looks nice on the bike. I like the minimalistic aesthetic (sp?) improvements.
 
As long as you don't put "superlegerra" on there, I don't see why anyone would complain. Its not posing if you aren't trying to make it something its not.

It looks good!!!! It not a fake SL...its just a paintscheme "Similar" to an SL... I like it... have the wheels painted in Marchesini Gold...

It will look better....than it with a red pinstripe...
