That is great news... That means I too have not too much longer to wait. Thanks for the heads up for us west coast riders.

And you were worried that us Jersey boys would get their Panis before you! :p
Yeah, well.... still an excruciating wait of a week before it gets here.

The dealership tells me that the first few 1299's will be assembled and tested by the regional Master Mechanic from Ducati, not by the techs at the dealership.. Sounds like a great way to do it and hopefully it means my bike will be perfect when I get my hands on it.

I don't remember being this excited when my BMW S1000RR arrived...

Hopefully, they will remove the charcoal canister too!

That's the number 1 thing on the list I gave them:

1. Remove charcoal canister
2. Remove fork reflectors
3. Fill with only distilled water + water wetter for track
4. Install CRG Carbon shorty levers.

:D

Idk who op is talking about because I have just gotten off the phone with every single ducati dealership in the east coast and was told by every one that they do not have any 2015 1299/R in yet.

Just got off the phone with DNA and nothing as expected could be found.

April early May will be fine. But come mid May im gonna have to cancel the order because I'm not gonna waste away anymore of the track season.

I remember ordering a Camaro in 2009 I can track 15 different production codes through GM website. 0300,0330,3000,3100,6000,8000 etc etc. from order acceptance to dealership delivery. This not being able to find out where your order status is is kinda insane.

I just wanna RIDE.

Yeah.. I'm taking two days off work to go up the coast to Mendocino and thrash around the backroads, then head inland to Calistoga and Clearlake.. I should get 600+ miles in in two days, then take it back to the dealer for an oil change and check-up on Saturday, then unleash the beast on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. :D

Show them how the Italian fans do it!;)

Let me start by saying... "I am NOT a fan of excessive carbon fiber"...

Having said that, I have always run shorty levers on all my bikes and so this is my first purchase for the incoming 1299: These in the shorty length.
