I'd rather not look at the supersport scrambler pieced together on the floor that you referenced a parts catalogue for. I was just asking a simple question about suspension caps but again you seem to take offense, good luck dialing in your loose suspensions that don't have a market aside from your custom rides that show you should've kept OEM installed

This must be what you practice on?

I change fork springs in like 3 min, you don't know what tools you need to do it and you ride on the street so don't talk to me about motorcycles at all..

Congrats on your insight Karl, you're well on the way to podium finish with all those rear spring adjustments. Does it ride like a magic carpet too?

And lets not forget that suspension is only important on a race track, like it's not used on a street either? COTA is just down the road from here, so again with you silly part catalogue assumptions that I only ride street? I just don't have the paparazzi hired to take pics of me floating around corners dragging ass like a dog with worms. I just gave you a freebie to come practice on if you're in Texas. You'd bottom out that du468 is no time around here.

It seems as if you struggle a bit with interpersonal awkwardness. If so, no big deal, but just so you have a sense of perspective - you’re showing your ass a bit and cluttering someone else’s thread.

It’s one thing if you have questions for the OP, but you’re slinging personal insults and adding nothing of value to the discussion. Maybe it’s not worth any more of your time and effort. :)

Few seem to have emotional intelligence here, and would rather lego set a bike and post pics about it. People tend to get caught up in the technical details or are unable to explain them clearly, if you look at the ttx series post or other's I've joined the casual banter in, you'd see exactly what I'm talking about with spamming a page or ignoring details, thanks for you thought though. It does seem there's not much technical info to discuss or in-depth knowledge available from "senior" forum members so I agree, but some of these threads and what's on ducatimodified are not even worth commenting on, but safety items from backwards safety cable to fine tuning measurements should be at least be called out. You can't fix stupid but they can buy stuff easily

The forum seemed to work quite well, as I am sure DucatiModified does....we get a few miscreants (pink slips for example), but generally most participants get some value from it, and a chuckle here and there.
But your perspective seems a bit at odds with what most people think, so maybe you could consider that before typing convoluted, inaccurate and spurious nonsense on here, provoking people and generally being a bit of a troll?

Perspective on technical details is what I came to this forum with, not shop talk about ........

Still no technical quotes or details to discuss, I'm happy to be called out wrong if so, but still waiting for that to come along. Like I mentioned it's peoples feelings that get hurt in their replies so..

It’s your tone man, it’s kinda annoying lol

Yes this a place for peeps to share info, sometimes even debate it, but generally speaking it’s a collegial environment, whereas you just come off as argumentative and combative with a strong sense of what seems like mostly unearned superiority instead of collegiality.

@KarlKani and @Alkhater

I have found out from Sitta via WRS that the WSBK flange (226D03 - updated version of 226D01) is made to fit the 226D sprocket (226D SITTA ERGAL REAR SPROCKET DUCATI PANIGALE V4 / R WSBK 2020-2022). I don't think that sprocket would work on my SP2 - apparently it's for 2020 to 2022 V4 bikes. I'm not quite sure how that sprocket would fit?

The standard hub (206D02) is designed to fit the 206D sprockets (standard or quick fit).

I guess the clue was in the name - 226 goes with 226 and 206 goes with 206...

You cannot mix and match between them using available cush drives.

Awesome info… thanks

Requires different silent blocks (Cush drives I’m guessing) apparently… only available from an official Ducati dealer.

I think I’ll mod the flange and keep the quick change.

Would that 226 sprocket work on my bike (SP2 - basically the same as the V4 for the last four years I think in terms of sprockets)? It looks very different. I can imagine trying to get a dealer to understand what cush drives I want to get. I wonder if they are available though.

I think the picture is generic because the same picture is used for other bike brands.

The same picture in the link you provided is used for BMW, Yamaha pages…

For reference

There’s no difference between base V4 to SP2 sprockets as far as I know.

It would be best to confirm with WRS as I haven’t been able to find anything other than the regular Ducati Cush drives while searching.

I thought it looked odd and a stock picture would make sense. Certainly the sprocket for 2020-2022 V4 should fit MY 2023 V4.

I’ll have a chat with my local dealer and ask if they can find out anything about the cush drives for this setup.

In all probability I’ll rule out that flange but I’ll see what the dealer has to say first.

Seen it used on sprocket with holes and without… doesn’t make it easier to identify lol

I’ve seen those pictures - I’m sure those guys can make anything work. I’m not planning on making that much effort. 🤣

I assume you’ve seen the pictures of Bautista’s sprocket setup - zero idea what that is.
