I got my suspension back from being serviced, I am still waiting on brackets for fork pot. Rear shock pot needs to be 2mm closer to shock and should be fine fitment wise.
I also received a thumb brake setup and new rear caliper as well as a bunch of brake kit to service front calipers, fix remote adjuster, ditch tinted oem reservoirs + everything need to reroute reservoirs. Fitting thumb brake is going to be a challenge as I expected + requires custom bracket, Brembo does not make bracket for master. Once I get everything mocked up I will measure out brake lines - front is easy rear will take a little more thought. I also ordered the newer BSD left hand switches, they are less of a cluster and with clutch mount should make some room on the bar for thumb brake. Orig BSD button pod will be for sale soon.

You’ll like the thumb brake BUT wish I could have talked you into the index finger rear brake….WAY better ergonomically, much easier to use in real time and modulate at lean, and under hard acceleration a deceleration.

Do you have brake lines and lengths sorted for it?

Weird that Brembo doesn’t sell a bracket for it, I think that my be the biggest pita of setup, with the Thumb brake the bracket and it’s adjustability is everything for getting it into a usable position that doesn’t significantly impact turning radius.

I have my IMA Thumbrake and brackets around here somewhere, if you want we can compare pics and measurements to see if my IMA bracket will work with the Brembo MC.

Not great but good enough for the track, you lose some lock to lock range with the thumb brake

Test fit everything today and got to a good spot. Thumb brake is going to work just fine, I just had to do a proper mock up placement to carefully gauge how the bracket will be designed. It took a lot of fussing with swapping clip on offsets to test which will work better, taking clutch on and off to observe clearances + then checking with the faring on to make sure that will fit. The rear shock pot is also tricky, I thought for sure the top would be the trickier one but the bottom clearance is where I and having the most issues. The linkage is touching and I am trying to gauge whether I can create the clearance needed or if I will have to have a new one made, we will see. Threw on the rear caliper and rear master to measure lines, and broke down the calipers to give proper service and new dust seals

the thumb brake catches the top of the fairing although changing your clip ons to the ones sitting further back helps the situation.

is that a P2 or P4 calliper? Needs a floating rear disc too........ 🤔

Well I was supposed to be in the shop working on the bike all weekend but my space didn't have power for an unknown reason so I got nothing done. Next weekend I will get going on:
+new brake line install
+finish AIM routing
+new subframe // seat // tail
+still waiting on thumb brake bracket mount
In the meantime here are some pics for quick trip to Italy last week
