I have a pretty bike that is currently running second in the world championship, the nearest jap bike is fifth.

1st and 2nd are the closest jap bikes. Chaz in 3rd..

Not winding me up dude ducati is a pretty bucket of bolts. I have one which I can tell you it is nowhere near the quality of my hp4 or my zx6r. It looks great yes that's about it. This isn't my post it's Mikes ask him about ducati quality and customer service

I'm happy with mine as well had all the problems all were fixed. Hp4 out shines panigale in every single category. When it's out it gets more attention than the panigale too. Yup that's right people like it better.

The people where you hang out Mark....are the counsins quite friendly with each other, you would need eyes like the BMW headlights to think it is better looking.

I'm on the bmw forum too it's more fun here the bmw is so perfect not much goes on there. Not many things to buy for the hp4 it comes with it as it should from a top Model and the guys on there don't justify their purchases or claim their bike is the best at every turn. They also complement other bikes not like here where if u say another bike is good it automatically means the other is bad. You should check it out.

I enjoy my R...but love the R1, S100rr...and am really looking forward to seeing a new GSX-R....maybe even getting one! These are all awesome machines!

I just went to S100rr forum and on the first page there are threads on battery post issues, headlights turning off, powder in the dash, ignition switch failures, bikes not starting....

Again...love the BMW...would love to build one up for the track...but you make some strange statements....
 
That's pretty funny im on the bmw sight now and there is nothing there about any of that.

Oh how many dashes did ducati go thru? How many times did they say no issue? Remember condinsation and each dash reset the miles to zero

I absolutely agree folks have had issues with their Duc's...as does every other bike manufacturer. Ducati has always covered my warranty issues in a timely fashion, so they've taken care of me.

I also agree it sounds like Mike is being neglected and that sucks! I'm a little jealous of him in terms of riding what sounds like a really sweet R1!
