That depends on your policy and if you are filing a claim on your insurance or the person who was on their phone and made a left in front of you without yielding.
If you keep invoices, you can get the stuff paid for. I've even had gloves and a helmet compensated.
Me too. USAA is the best thing there is if you've got military in the family. They paid what I asked for, without too many questions. Boots, gloves, carbon Termis, everything. Then they went after the offender. That's a good company. I had Geico and I got knocked off; I had to get a lawyer, was an 8 month process, I got bearly enough to fix my bike.
