V4 fuelling options

I have the Siemens ECU on the bench and the Woolich kit but I haven’t even played with it yet so I’m not the guy to ask. I am working on a V4 project but it will not be using the stock electronics. All my stuff is kind of going backwards with respect to tech. My last build basically has engine management and that’s it. No rider aids so ABS, e lock, DWC, DTC are no longer there. The Mitsubishi ECU keeps the motor running and the only active thing from the suite is engine braking and QS function.

I wanted a 220hp bicycle without all the fancy stuff. They didn’t offer it.

So just did the latest update on my Woolich software bin file to finally eliminate the O2 sensor warnings...

and it runs no warning lights......

As I’ve been told…. each 02 sensor has 4 error codes … that’s 16 in total …( the 21 and previous wasn’t like this).
Hopefully the woolich update sorts it now!

Yesterday at Silverstone gp bike was pulling like a train

Did you ever get the plugs with the resistors installed?

I think there's something to the EU5 bikes and bypassing emission nonsense. I'm here with my old head EU4 2021 bike.

Yeah... but according to the Woolich the O2 stuff is switched off... along with the evaporator and AIS....
I did an update they said should sort it we will go again... I ought to demand crash test dummy money from them....

New software update from Woolich.....this will sort it.... consisted of opening the most recent file, un checking the O2 box then re checking it... save and load into the bike!

we shall see, apparently several more updates to follow...

OK just done three days on track at Brno and the engine light never came on at all...so the latest spec for the 22 woolich soft ware has now sorted the error codes for O2 sensors.

also putting the ball back in the fuel cap and the evap removal replacement of an overflow bottle has worked, no pressure in the fuel tank and no spillage down the side of the belly pan.....

a win win.....

on the other hand Brno....what a great track!!!!

So I started to look at the bike telemetry that was on my Solo2...

first of all flat out down the start finish straight...

173mph 5th gear approaching the 200 marker!
Conclusion its no slouch! however...

at 100% twist grip opening the TPS are at 91%...... now I knew the std set up restricted full throttle but I understood that the Woolich bin file corrected the ETV

this is the std ETV restriction..

this is my woolich adjusted map you can see the 100% throttle at the top end of the rev range..

So back to the frustration!
