V4 Superleggera

Hmmm. Depending on how close to WSBK spec they make it (999cc, no weird crap, etc.) I would be interested in buying one.
 
I think they will make an sl...but in a few years after they run out of ideas. The v4r is still too new.
 
Nope, I think you will see another desmosedici as their flagship is going the V4 route

Ryan I'm sure! I love my 1299 SA and rode it back to back with my Speciale and I have to say the 1299 is more aggressive to ride kinda like a Dodge Viper. It just seems more raw! I like that. The Speciale is way more refine and I'm sure I will be faster on it at the track but it's just something about that 1299...
 
Ducati seems to release something special each year, so there will probably be a new SL either next year or the year after.

But if Ducati wins a MotoGP Championship, then we will see a new Desmo RR.

the 1299 SL sell used for $65-$70k the Speciale is $35k

Yes but I was comparing my 1299 Anniversary to my Speciale not the 1299SL. I bought the Speciale because I already had the 1299SA and it didn't make sense to have two 1299's even know they are different.
 
I have a V4 Speciale and still drool over a 1299SL ! That's one bad ass bike that in my eyes is more speciale than the Speciale Also would love to own one, and never part from it.

But the heart beats even faster when I imagine what a v4 SL would be like, if the V4R already is what it is.

I agree I definitely lust after the 1299SL but I'm going to hold off for the V4SL and will most likely part with my Speciale when that day comes.... :eek::D
 
I think I am going to hold off for the V4FERSL... i mean, it has to be better than the V4R and the V4SL that isnt out or considered yet!
