And for one more I’m using a CF front subframe from MotoComposites with the FullSix fairings and the stock air intake with VultureBike fake headlights and tail lights.

What cush drive pins did you use? Stock or does the flange come with some?

I also noticed that there are 2 Sitta flanges/hub carriers for this system:

226D01 (from WRS.it)

206D02 (from TGP)

The 206 has the recess for the nut and must use stock cush drive pins

226 doesn’t come with cush drives, I’m using AEM.

226 has integrated drive pins so it doesn’t need hub fasteners.

I don't have pics with the failings off
intake is Speed Carbon - came with my fairings

What holds the carbon air intake y piece that sits against the fairing nose/ Obviously I can just continue with the std headlight dummy or

Is it just this piece required?

So I guess the WSBK flange is the issue and the normal flange should be ok? Maybe... Presumably it’s not the cush drives.

The WBSK one (first one) works the same as the Ghost one from AEM - not bolts for the cush drives.

Do we know if anyone has tried the standard Sitta flange?

There are internal fins at mid height of airbag that my intake has notches to slide into, it essentially just holds it in place until you fit the front fairing which seat into intake holding it in place. I have previously drilled and used 4mm bolt inside center downside of intake to seat the intake but it's not that necessary.

I had no issues, set right in. Looks like yours is off on the left side there..? Is that lower right section lined up?

the two main mountings line up perfect and appear to be in the same orientation as the original. at the end of the day its only the side support that's not aligned. If if force the rubber threaded end into the U piece it twists the imu away from square...

my front subframe is the one with removable headlight holder brackets the IMU bracket comes off the rh one.

ill cut it and drill it and make a better shape.... I have emailed Pierobon.

This is odd because there is no difference btw the 2 stk front stays other then the removable headlight holders... Mine just fit right in no problem - lets see what they say
