Wow if you can get that to all work perfectly you will have to sell your brake kit online. I would buy it!

Hi Raul1976,
I know for sure it will work :D
It's just ... piping (and figuring out the right thread and shape of each connection to make sure they sealed, plus the bending radius of the hose and alignment of the fitting) :p
plus I done this things before...

However, I cannot and will not sell these to anyone, simply because of liability issue.
The good news is, I will post a detailed explanation with pictures and BOM (Bill of Material) including the tools needed for anyone interested in building the same brake line configuration.

Saturday Night Fever Update: :p

Today, I decided to install the Peter Lieb Lower Carbon Fiber Belly Pan Cover that replace the original plastic material near the Akrapovic Muffler.

Before and After taken apart for Left Fairing:

and I must say, I love the Light Gold color of the ProTi Titanium Bolt in front of a Black Paint or Black Matte Carbon Fiber as background, it add the "luxury" touch  :D:

Tomorrow, I will apply the "GLUED/ADHESIVE" that came with this kit but nothing change in term of looks. I LOVE IT :D

The horn will be cool but what this bike really needs is a light bar!

Hi DucatiKev,
The horn is going to be placed at the same place as the current stock horn, just replaced it with a better sounding, and lighter PIAA horn.
The reason for this is because, I already bought the ProTi bolt for the horn bracket, and little did I know (before I buy that single ProTi bolt) it will require me to take out the front lower triple clamp...
but since I already bought the ProTi bolt... well it will be a waste if I don't use it, so I decide to go further with modifying the horn beside it is another good experience with cutting carbon fiber plate.

However, I will not put any light bar.

Well, since this is a Carbon Fiber weekend,
and I remembered@Raul1976 spent the equivalent of USD$800 (in London, UK) to paint the small surface of the bare plastic parts in the "vent" of the side fairings...
so I thought, maybe I should try to find a more economical way by wrapping these plastic parts in 3M carbon fiber wrap, because I still have some 3M Carbon Fiber wrap left over from my old project and my labor cost is free :p.
Plus if somehow I prefer the bare plastic look (which I did like) I can just revert back by removing the 3M Carbon Fiber wrap. So here it is:

Left picture is the before picture and right picture shows how I protect the painted surface with blue painter's tape because I will use X-acto knife to cut the 3M Carbon Fiber wrap, don't want any scratch to the painted surface from that X-acto knife.

Cut a rectangular piece of the 3M Carbon Fiber wrap (left picture) and start applying pressure and heat (from heat gun) to make it conform to the surface (right picture):

Cut the 3M Carbon Fiber wrap using X-acto knife and finished product:

Do the same thing with the other side:

I can't wait to install all the fairing back (along with all the other carbon fiber panels) to see how it look, however, that is definitely still a few months away...

More details picture below, notice that I also oriented the "logo" on the ProTi bolts in the same directions (I did this with the ProTi bolt on the Peter Lieb carbon belly pan too):

That front fairing is so epic.

Thanks so much HKMP7 :) , but I am so way behind you in everything, your bike is already progressing so well and beautiful to look at ...

Frankly, I am so bored to see my bike like a skeleton in my living room...

Thanks man. I should have kept mine in the living room. I went for a ride and got caught in traffic. It was 115 degrees air intake temp was 114 bike did surprisingly well. I on the other hand was dying lol.

Hi any chance you can make an extra bracket to hold the brake splitter for me? Pretty please
Hello Raul,
I am sorry but I can't. This is a liability issue. You just need to find some college student in UK (usually mechanical engineer) and they usually have access to 3D printer that can print using many different material that might have better properties against vibration, heat and withstand the repeated movement of the steerring (unlike my Dremel 3D printer which can only accept PLA material which I haven't really tested yet), and better CAD (computer aided design) software for a more accurate input to the 3D printer.

Usually forums are about helping and sharing. Not the case here.

What the heck?
I already help and share a lot of knowledge with you. But there are limits of what I can share due to legal and liability issue.

You helped me once, which you contacted Peter Lieb to let him know, I was looking for him to purchase that carbon belly pan. I NEVER ask you to do it, and I say Thank You to you after you did it (even post here 2 times about you helping me).
Plus, you did that after I helped you with many more information.

Just a reminder, You OWE ME much more OK !!!
I help you get the contact person (the owner of JapanParts) and teach you how to purchase items directly from Japan.
I help you find information on the service manual and gave you the link to the service manual many times. (which somehow you never want to read and keep trying to ask me to read for you)
I guide you on many of your "technical questions" through WhatsApp, private message and this thread.
heck, I even forget all the things that I had teach you because there are too many.

just for example, my posts on this thread had helped you with many modification ideas as you said yourself like:
a. the rear "number 1" sticker on the tail fairing
b. the custom Melotti racing laser printed triple upper clamp
c. the brake modification
d. many more that I even forget...

If there is a person who should be ANGRY, that would be me.

I was nice enough to gave you my cellphone number so you can contact me via WhatsApp when you have questions a few weeks ago,
but you abuse that, by contacting me day and night, and sending me videos and unrelated (some personal) pictures that is not remotely related to Ducati.

Heck, I even told you the last time you send me WhatsApp message, that I am at work in a business meeting, (with my client and the owner of the company I worked for)
and you still kept on sending me WhatsApp message (asking questions about how to perform some modification on your bike) that cause my client and the owner of the company I worked for complain to me.
That is why I deleted the WhatsApp from my cellphone and asked you to contact me on the forum

I am SHARING my modifications and knowledge here for FREE,
I am NOT looking (or have any need) for any financial compensation,
but I am NOT here to be your personal "consultant or your mechanic" that had to spoon feed you and do all the work.

It is clear that you are NOT technically able to perform many of the modifications yourself, if I gave you the CAD files and you somehow made a mistake that causing this part to fail, you will be either injured or DEATH.
THAT IS A LIABILITY. I told you before, why don't you hire some mechanic to install them for you, and your answer is, they are expensive in UK... but you have expensive hobby with Ducati, MV Agusta and your Lamborghini,
so why don't you pay someone in UK to do it for you?

Oh, fun fact (someone pointed this to me):
You have 88 posts in this forum, and as far as I can see most if not all of your post is in THIS THREAD of MINE so NEVER said that I am not helping and sharing.

Howard you need to chill! Not sure what personal photos you are talking about? Share them if you like so we can see what you are referring to. I have better things to do with my time. Yes I own a Lamborghini, MV and other toys but I am down to earth and help everyone. You want to be angry fine!

You're worried about liability for sharing a cad file? That's laughable and over the top.

There are far more reasons on this forum that people could technically be liable for than just sharing a cad file.

Saying something like "I just don't care to help you or share this file with you" is a far better and more respectable response than "i won't share this for liability reasons"

Sharing all that other personal dialog between you two is also uncalled for. If you feel that way, blame yourself for giving out your personal number. Don't blame him for possibly taking advantage of having the ability to contact you 24/7.
