Considering they refunded you the entire purchase amount, and you consider the product defective, the decent thing to do is sell it for the cost of shipping.

Or return it so they can confirm it was faulty…

They didn’t want to fix it so they refunded me 🤷‍♂️

I think I’m getting Italian customer service. They’re super attentive when they want your money. As soon as you pay them, you’re on their time and agenda. If you’re not happy w the product, you’re dead to them.

Everyone is getting this wrong, so wrong.

This seat is now famous! On the globally recognised ducatiforum.net, no less.

$2,500 now, at least!

Rick gets it. Believe the advertyzing. This seat only laps Valencia 4 sec slower than the GP bike’s seat! It’s also made of carbon fybaaaah!

I paid for my seat on 26 January and it's being delivered today, just after my bike has been collected by the dealer to fit the new wheels and exhaust. I'll probably take it along there and see how it fits. Good communication through the pre-order process and they were happy to keep taking different pictures and show comparisons to the standard seat. I ordered the flat seat but asked for it to be rounded off a bit on the edges.

They reckon there were some issues with a change of screws and the hole size for the current bike and apparently it's sorted now, so it will be interesting to see how well it fits and how it sits on the bike.

I'm not posting to make any points, etc - just adding to the thread with my experience of this Company, which may or may not end up positive!

Did you get the D11-01 seat? Would be interesting to hear about fitment. Hope it works out for you. Be careful when pressing down on the seat if it’s the same base as the one the sent me. I found that the base marred the tank at the arrow. The 22+ tank is wider that the prev gen at the back which could explain this.

Also as a side note… I think I found the material that RaceSeats uses

Return of the Washers!

Guys, I added 18mm of spacers to my seat bracket. It wasn't a problem. I added 6x3mm at the front (fitted longer bolts to accommodate), and 2x3mm at the rear. No issues 🤷‍♂️

I'm off to Spain end of the month, so will try it out.

Sorry, forgot you were on here Andy! This is just for you:

Ensure you refit your seat pad, BEFORE riding the bike.

Or, even sitting on it. As, maybe Andy likes to sit on his seat pad bracket naked, just to check ball to bike/seat bracket interference issues.

Thanks for the heads up Andy!

But you would know that already .. stick to red wires and blue wires.
Plus not putting the same amount of washers front and back you have altered the angle of the seat base rear lower when most seem to want to go up.

You guys have it all wrong, you haven’t lived yet if you haven’t accelerated up 180 mph on the front straight of Autoclub Speedway with your balls out, catching air…big smile on your face.
