Oh... Dyno results show (since I saw something about poor performance with exhaust "open") that without the Termi slip-on on, the bike gained 14 HP. Yes... Bike was well tuned and ran solid numbers for post Termi install. Termis removed and dyno'd, netted 14 hp...
There is a collective of people (probably morons per Gatti) that believe that the Termi mufflers are restrictive. The inlet diameter is bigger and the opening and the traveling through pipes are smaller...
We are trying to think about getting a traditional muffler (shorty type like an R6 has, etc) and running it out the bottom. Just a test to see what the results are. I see the WSBK pipes running outside the swingarm and it tells me off the cuff that they are longer and BIGGER. I'd be really interested in the mufflers...
